Virtual Appointment at Neighborhood Credit Union

With the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in the state of Texas, Neighborhood Credit Union is continuously taking steps to protect the health of both members and employees. One of the many adjustments we have made is the option to book a virtual appointment. Video chat in real time with a branch employee for many of your banking needs.  

Open a new account and service your current accounts from the comfort of your home. A designated branch employee will be happy to help you every step of the way. North Dallas and Mesquite will continue to offer in-branch appointments for safe deposit boxes and notary services.   

The safety and health of our members and employees remain our top priority, and because of this we’ve created a set of guidelines in the event of an employee testing positive and/or encounters someone who tests positive. We will also continue our prevention efforts, by maintaining safety precautions that will be followed for employees and members visiting a Neighborhood Credit Union branch. Our branch employees are required to take their temperature upon entering and re-entering the building, as well as wear a protective face covering. We encourage employees who feel under the weather to remain at home. 

Due to these preventative safety protocols, we are short-staffed in some of our branches, which could result in members experiencing a longer wait time in the drive thrus. For this reason, we’d like to remind our members that the digital services suite is available 24/7.
