How do I delete my mobile app account?
At Neighborhood Credit Union, we take your data privacy seriously. If you decide to no longer utilize our mobile application on your Android or Apple iPhone, the process to remove your personal data is fast and simple.
Simply send a secure email from your Online Banking account requesting the deletion of the data collected when setting up your MyNCU Mobile App.
Once your account information has been deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.
- All data that is necessary to set up your mobile banking account experience will be deleted and will not be accessible or available to any party.
- Your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open.
- This process will NOT close your accounts.
If you decide to change your mind, you can always sign up for mobile banking again at any time.
