Sunsetting Shared Branching

There’s an important change coming to our services in 2023: Effective January 20, 2023, Neighborhood Credit Union will no longer be part of the Co-op Shared Branching Network.
As we move away from the Shared Branching Network, remember to take advantage of our robust digital services and surcharge-free ATM options that allow our members to fully manage their finances from anywhere.
Digital Services at Neighborhood Credit Union
For our members' convenience and accessibility, we provide digital services that allow our members to be in control of their accounts from anywhere. With Online Banking and the MyNCU Mobile app, members can:
- Open an account
- Apply for a loan
- Check your balance
- View eStatements
- Debit Card Lock
- Mobile Deposit (MyNCU Mobile App only. View the Mobile Deposit Guide)
- Update contact info (Online Banking only)
- Send us a secure email (Online Banking only)
- External Funds Transfer (Online Banking only)
Nick, Your Virtual Assistant
When members call Neighborhood Credit Union for assistance, our Virtual Assistant, known as Nick, can assist you with requests or find answers to your questions. Nick allows us to provide full service to members 24/7 and our goal is to create seamless interactions for you at any time of day. Nick is continuously developing and can currently assist members with:
- Checking account balance
- Checking loan balance
- Confirming the last 5 deposits made (up to 30 days)
- Opening a new account
- Branch Information
- Courtesy Pay
- Card Activation
- Resetting password
- Reporting card lost or stolen
Surcharge-free ATM Networks
Neighborhood Credit Union is proud to offer two different surcharge-free ATM networks.‡ With our partners, AllPoint and MoneyPass, members have access to up to 90,000 surcharge-free ATMs around the country. Members can utilize our locator at any time to find an ATM within the surcharge-free network.
