When downloading the MyNCU mobile app for the first time, opt-in for location-based offers, branch locators, and exclusive Branch Services by selecting "Yes Give Me Access". Start receiving push notifications instantly! If you already have the MyNCU mobile app but have not set up push notifications, there are a few additional steps to follow for iOS and Android devices.
Setting up Push Notifications in iOS
1. Open the MyNCU Mobile App
2. Click "More" > Selected the 
icon > Push Notifications
icon > Push Notifications3. Turn on "Interact Messages"
4. Open your Settings
5. Scroll down until you see "MyNCU" and tap on it
6. Select "Location"
7. Set the location to "Always On"
Setting up Push Notifications on Android
1.Open the MyNCU Mobile App

4. Go to Settings
5. Select "Apps"
6. Scroll to find the MyNCU Mobile App
7. Select "App Permissions"
8. Set Location Services to "Allow at All Times"
