How To: Update Information in the MyNCU Mobile App
Did you know you can update personal information on the go with the MyNCU Mobile App? Find out how in this short video!
Captions: Did you know you can update personal information using the MyNCU Mobile app?
First, log into your Neighborhood CU account. One you are logged in, select the “more” button in the bottom navigation menu.
Select “Update my Information” Find the information you’d like to update. Once done, select “Update,” you will then be prompted to confirm by tapping “Submit”. Once you select “closed”, you’re done!
You can update your personal information, Physical address, Identification Information, and Employment Information.
