How to Send a Secure Email in Online Banking
First log into your Online Banking account at myncu.com.
Occasionally, a two-factor authentication step is required to maintain ultimate security. You can receive the code via text, call, or email. Remember to never share this code with anyone.
After you’ve logged in, look for the menu bar, and select “Secure Chat and Email”.
Click “Secure Email”
A new tab will open, and you will put the subject of your email in, and then your message.
Once you’ve typed your message, click submit! A Neighborhood Credit Union representative will be in contact with you shortly.
