Video Captions: After you’ve been approved for a loan at Neighborhood Credit Union, you will receive an email from a Loan officer that contains important documents for you to sign.
Once you’ve received the email, select “Review Documents”, Enter the access code; this code will be the last 4 digits of your social security number. You do not need to create or request an access code.
You will then be asked to agree to use the electronic record and signatures.
After you’ve agreed, select “continue” located at the top of the page, and then select “start”, also located at the top of the page. The document will automatically highlight each section that requires your signature.
If you haven’t already, Documatics with prompt you to adopt a signature. Once you’ve adopted your signature. All you have to do is click the yellow square and your signature will be input automatically.
If you need to change your signature, all you’ll need to do is you click on your signature, anywhere on the document, to get the "change" or "clear" option.
To download or print your documents, click one of the icons across the top.
Once you have finished signing, you will need to select “Finish,” located at both the bottom and top of the page.
Signing your loan documents is complete!
