I’m excited to bring you the latest updates about your credit union. Despite the ongoing economic challenges, we continue to stand strong and steady, dedicated to serving your financial needs with unwavering commitment.

Merger News 

I am pleased to share that our merger with RelyOn Credit Union has now officially taken place. This significant milestone brings 8,000 new members and $80 million in assets into our Neighborhood Credit Union family, further expanding our reach and enhancing the services we can offer. With this merger, our members will eventually have access to additional branch locations in Forney and Kaufman, making our services even more convenient. 

While the merger process is complete, the work of integrating systems and welcoming our new members continues. We are dedicated to ensuring that all members, both new and existing, experience the seamless service and support they’ve come to expect from us. This merger strengthens our ability to serve you better, and I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved in making this a reality. Your hard work and dedication have been invaluable. 

New Branch 

In addition to the merger, I am happy to announce the official opening of our new branch in Sherman, Texas. This expansion into Sherman embodies our ongoing commitment to bringing best-in-class services and financial tools to our North Texas communities. With 24/7 access to our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and a dedicated team ready to assist, we are here to meet the financial needs of the Sherman community and surrounding areas. This new branch is another step forward in our mission to empower you with the resources and support you need. 

New Technology 

We are also excited to introduce our new Car Finder tool, designed to simplify the car-buying process for our members. With Car Finder, you can search for your next vehicle—whether it’s a car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, or RV—without ever leaving our website. This tool allows you to take virtual test drives, access free CARFAX reports on many vehicles, and ensure you’re getting a fair deal. In these challenging economic times, we’re committed to providing you with the tools and resources that make managing your finances easier and more efficient.
