Routine Maintenance at Neighborhood Credit Union
In order to provide members with top of the line and secure products, Neighborhood Credit Union must occasionally perform system maintenance, including a routine Disaster Avoidance Failover Exercise every year in July. Due to this, Neighborhood Credit Union will be performing system maintenance on Saturday, July 11, beginning at 6 p.m. and concluding Sunday, July 12 at 6 a.m. During this time these services will not be available for use:
- Online Banking
- Mobile App
- Courtesy Pay
- Debit card controls
Members will not be able to view account balances, pending or posted transactions, transfer funds between Neighborhood Credit Union or external accounts, or utilize mobile deposit in the MyNCU Mobile App.
Debit cards that are locked will also be affected during this time. To assure you will have access to your debit card during this routine maintenance, you must be sure to unlock your card. If your card is currently locked, please visit Card Controls in the MyNCU Mobile App and unlock your card before the maintenance begins.
All other services will be functioning as normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we ensure the best quality of services for our members. Neighborhood Credit Union understands how important secure technology is to the financial industry, and we take pride in our attention to this detail. Routine maintenance for our online experience is necessary in order for us to provide top of the line service to our members.
