Any Neighborhood Credit Union member interested in being nominated to serve on the Board of Directors must submit an application and statement of qualifications to a Nominating Committee member by Thursday, February 27, 2025.
 
Only members that are certified are eligible for nomination from the floor at the Annual Meeting.

Expiring Terms:
 
  • Dwayne Boozer
    • Dwayne Boozer has served on Neighborhood Credit Union’s board of directors since 1988 and is the current chairman. Mr. Boozer has received several Credit Union National Association awards for his service to the credit union movement including the Filene Award in 1990, the Raiffeisen Award in 1993 and the Technology Award in 2003. Mr. Boozer retired with over 34 years of experience with the United States Postal Service. He has also served as director for the Kleberg Neighborhood Alliance, the Dallas Homeowners League and as chairman of the finance committee for Clean Dallas Inc. Mr. Boozer aims to continue “providing all members a wide range of financial products at competitive prices.” He has been a member of Neighborhood Credit Union since 1970.

  • Randy Till
    • Randall (Randy) Till has been a dedicated member of Neighborhood Credit Union since 1977 and served on its Board of Directors since 2016. This follows his tenure as an associate director from 2013 to 2016. He also serves on the Boards of the Haley Memorial Cemetery Association and the Neighborhood Credit Union Foundation. Retired from the United States Postal Service after 34 years of government service, including 24 years as a Postal Inspector with an executive appointment as Postal Inspector in Charge for the Fort Worth Division, Mr. Till remains active in the National Association of Retired Postal Inspectors and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees. He is a longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church where he has served in numerous positions of responsibility. Mr. Till is committed to sustaining Neighborhood Credit Union’s tradition of financial security while ensuring it offers competitive, member-focused products and services that adapt to an ever-changing technological landscape.
