Fee Changes Effective February 7, 2022

At Neighborhood Credit Union, we must occasionally adjust fees. We monitor the market regularly and are confident that our fees are fair when compared to other financial ins titutions. In fact, many of our fees are lower than other banks in North Texas.

Effective February 7, 2022, we will remove the following existing fees:
- Overdraft Protection Transfer from Line of Credit Fee was $5.00. It is now FREE!
- Title Fee accrued from an Auto Refinance was $75.00. It is now FREE!
Effective February 7, 2022, we are implementing the following new fees:
Collateralized Loan Documentation Fee - $75.00 • Boat Loan Documentation Fee - $130.00
Effective February 7, 2022, we are changing the following existing fees:
- The Official Check Fee of $8.00 will be applied to official checks below $5,000.
- Excess Withdrawal Fee on Savings and Money Market Accounts - $12.00
- Safe Deposit Box Fees:
- 5x10 - $120.00
- 10x10 - $150.00
The following product change is effective February 7, 2022:
Nationwide ATM withdrawal fees incurred during a Monthly Qualification Cycle within your Kasasa Cash, Kasasa Cash Back, and Kasasa Tunes will be reimbursed up to an aggregate total of $15, when you qualify for your account’s rewards. All other criteria set forth in your Truth in Savings disclosure agreement for this account continue to apply.
