Update or View Your Claim
If you currently have MyNCU Member Protect, update or view your open claim by visiting the Claims Portal(Opens in a new Window). You'll need your Claim Number and date of birth to begin. If it is a life claim, you'll need the information of the deceased individual.
I can't find my claim number.
Your 10-digit claim number can be found within the text, email or mail notification sent to you when you started the claims process. If you cannot locate your claim number, please call 1-800-621-6323.
